Broadway Music School is offering guitar ensembles, ear training classes, and adult voice classes

*Acclaimed teacher and performer Masa Ito, guitar professor with DU Lamont School of Music, will be coaching classical guitar ensembles for both adults and young musicians. New sessions will begin on Monday evening, January 7th. Guitarists will learn to read well in a group setting. 10 week sessions followed by a group performance. See Flyer: Download file

*There are guitar ensembles for young children open to guitarists as young as six, coached by Nick Palan. Ensembles meet on Fridays. See Flyer: Download file

*Colin Thurmond, instructor of Music Theory and Aural Skill from the Lamont School of Music, offers a course to take your musicianship to the next level. Colin will be teaching a college level class at Broadway Music School for anyone who wants to benefit from increasing their listening skills. Classes meet Sunday and Wednesday evenings for 90 minutes. See Flyer: Download file

*Voice teacher Marlena Hooker will lead an adult voice class on Thursday nights at 7:45 PM. Classes will feature: Booklet and warm-up CD, warm-ups, vocal techniques & exercises, group singing, solo singing, individual feedback in a comfortable group setting! Sessions end with a group performance ¬ bring family and friends!

*We also have a Brazilian guitarist, Thiago Trajano coming in January for a workshop and concert. He’ll be available for a few private lessons on Monday, January 14th and will be giving an afternoon workshop on Brazilian music on Tuesday the 15th and a concert Tuesday evening.
