CSO Substitute Horn Auditions

Dear Horn Substitute Pool applicant:

Thank you for your interest in the Colorado Symphony. Please CLICK HERE to access the repertoire for the Substitute Horn auditions. These auditions will be recordings only, and must be submitted in CD format. Any recordings received after February 15, 2012 will not be considered.

Due to changes in our current sub list, changes in the horn section of the Colorado Symphony, and increased repertory needs for extra musicians, this audition will be used to recreate and reorder our current substitute list. It is strongly recommended that all interested candidates submit a recording for this process, regardless of
previous status with the Colorado Symphony. Recordings will be reviewed blindly after February 15th, and you will be notified of results by March 1, 2012.
