Luke Rackers is a composer, orchestrator, producer, teacher, and pianist living in Denver, CO. His original work could be best described as contemporary classical, but he also fuses jazz and folk influences into his sound. Luke is available to compose for a wide variety of ensembles from solo instrument settings to orchestral pieces and operas and everything in between. He loves to collaborate with other artists to create larger works such as dance pieces, operas, musical theater pieces, and other settings. Luke also serves the community as an educator, pianist, and producer. He teaches piano and composition to ages 5 through 95 and produces albums of his original music and educational albums for children. As a jazz and classical pianist, he is available for weddings, churches, private parties, fundraisers, and other events.
