Folk Ragoût is French guitarist Frédéric Pouille and American flutist Leslie Anne Harrison. Formed while the musicians were living in western Ireland, Folk Ragoût (French for a savory mix of everything!) performs folk music from around the world. The pair also experiments with extended instrumental techniques, highly textured arrangements, and illusions of percussion to create a distinctive style within the tradition of the flute and guitar duo. 2011 brought the successful release of their first album, Folk Ragoût: Musiques Folk du Monde.
